Optimization of CNC Machining Parameters Using Evolutionary Algorithms

Abstract

This paper proposes an optimization method for CNC machining parameters based on evolutionary algorithms. Cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut were optimized to improve machining quality and production efficiency. Experimental results confirmed that the optimized parameter combinations reduced surface roughness while shortening machining time and lowering manufacturing costs.
