Predictive Maintenance Strategy for Offshore Rotating Equipment

Abstract

A predictive maintenance framework for offshore rotating equipment is presented using vibration monitoring and statistical reliability analysis. The proposed method accurately predicts component degradation and maintenance intervals. Case studies demonstrate substantial improvements in equipment availability and reduced operational costs.
