Design Optimization of Mechanical Sealing Systems for High-Pressure Equipment

Abstract

This paper develops an optimization method for mechanical sealing systems operating under high-pressure environments. Finite element analysis was used to evaluate contact stress and sealing performance. The optimized design significantly reduces leakage and improves operational reliability.
