Dynamic Stability Analysis of High-Speed Machine Tool Spindles

Abstract

This paper analyzes the dynamic stability of high-speed machine tool spindles under machining conditions. Modal analysis and numerical simulations were applied to evaluate vibration characteristics. The optimized spindle design improves machining precision and operational stability.
