Dynamic Response Analysis of Composite Rotating Shafts under Variable Loading Conditions

Abstract

The dynamic behavior of composite rotating shafts subjected to variable loading conditions was investigated using numerical simulations. Natural frequencies, vibration amplitudes, and stress distributions were analyzed for different material configurations. The results show that composite materials effectively reduce vibration while maintaining high structural stiffness. The proposed analytical method offers practical guidance for the design of lightweight rotating machinery operating under complex loading environments.
