Mechanical Reliability Analysis of Automated Warehouse Conveyor Systems

Abstract

This paper evaluates the mechanical reliability of automated warehouse conveyor systems under continuous operating conditions. Dynamic simulations were performed to assess component wear and failure probability. The results provide practical guidance for predictive maintenance and system optimization.
