Optimization of Cooling Channel Design in Injection Molding Systems

Abstract

This study proposes an optimized cooling channel design for injection molding systems. Computational fluid dynamics simulations were used to investigate cooling efficiency and temperature uniformity. The optimized design significantly reduces cycle time and improves product quality.
